Overview In this role you will lead enterprise governance and strategic initiatives to boost operational excellence. You will develop governance frameworks and prepare executive materials to support informed decisions. You will analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive cross-functional enhancements. Responsibilities Coordinate governance committee meetings, materials, and follow-ups for disciplined decision-making Deliver data-driven insights to inform executive decisions and improve performance Prepare executive dashboards and briefings focused on actionable outcomes Facilitate leadership meetings to align on priorities Analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities Drive execution of strategic initiatives and governance improvements across the organization Collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes Ensure alignment across governance committees and leadership teams Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or operations 6–12 years of experience in strategy, governance, operations, or related roles Proficiency in Power Point for executive materials Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and deliver insights Excellent written and verbal communication to influence senior stakeholders Experience supporting senior-level forums and enhancing decision-making processes Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining focusstrong communicationanalytical mindsetstakeholder managementadaptabilitycross-functional collaboration Power Point (advanced)
