The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in driving the go-to-market strategy, ensuring the team meets revenue and gross profit goals, and fostering a culture of top talent attraction and consistent sales performance. Applicants must have a proven track record in VP-level sales leadership within the light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics staffing sectors. The role requires experience in building and scaling sales teams, managing a significant number of direct reports, and a strong command of full-cycle sales leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with P&L ownership, and executive-level accountability, and be willing to travel extensively.
