Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday with operating room block scheduling
Overview: A well-established, thriving orthopedic practice is seeking a dedicated Foot & Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon to join a team of three board-certified orthopedic physicians. This is an opportunity to deliver specialized surgical and non-surgical care while benefiting from strong support from mid-level providers and a collaborative, multi-physician practice environment.
What you'll do: Perform specialized surgeries related to foot and ankle conditions Provide top-tier care in both surgical and non-surgical settings Collaborate with a team of orthopedic experts to deliver comprehensive patient care Participate in a call rotation, covering general orthopedic needs 7 days per month, with opportunities for additional call duties at extra pay Engage in the education and mentoring of medical students and residents Work a Monday to Friday schedule with operating room block scheduling, allowing flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments
Required qualifications: Completed or near completion of an orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship Board-certified or board certification eligible, with certification required within five years if eligible Possession of a Georgia Medical License or eligibility to participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Not open to candidates with podiatry training Not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorships for this specialty
