About the role
Responsible for creating and maintaining English-language copy for Marriott Bonvoy's digital platforms, the full-time FLEX Director of Digital UX Writing will collaborate with UX designers and product owners to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content while managing the copy intake and review processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Create and validate customer-facing copy for web, app, and email products
Define and document the copy creation and review process within the Digital UX team
Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on copy based on feedback and ensure alignment with brand standards
Required qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in digital copywriting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proficient in usability and transactional design best practices
Experience with large-scale global digital products, preferably in hospitality or travel
Ability to manage tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
