About the role
Chargé D'urbanisme Et De Patrimoine The City of Gray is looking for a Urbanism and Heritage Manager (M/F) for its urban planning department. The role involves informing users and services, supporting petitioners before the submission of urban planning declarations (DP, PC, PA), guiding project carriers to comply with current regulations, informing petitioners about the entire procedure from submission to closure, and connecting different actors to simplify the process. The role also includes ensuring the proper execution of works in accordance with the submitted urban planning declaration, coordinating the actions of the Architect of the Buildings of France and the Municipality in case of non-compliance, creating an observatory of all requests, declaration deposits, minutes, and contributing to the development, revision, and monitoring of urban planning documents in conjunction with the Community of Communes Val de Gray. Additionally, the role involves sensitizing territory actors to urban and heritage issues, contributing to the development of a communication strategy for potential petitioners, real estate professionals, and building professionals, implementing a strategy to limit unauthorized works, and contributing to the popularization of the Remarkable Heritage Site. Required profile includes a diploma related to urbanism, planning, and heritage, a sense of welcome, reactivity, initiative, rigor, collaboration, and the ability to report.
