The Personal Assistant will manage calendars and diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments across multiple time zones. Daily responsibilities include handling correspondence, organizing digital files, preparing documents and presentations, and performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The role involves prioritizing requests, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring efficient communication between leaders and internal or external stakeholders. The Personal Assistant will also support travel planning, expense tracking, and other executive administrative needs to help maintain smooth, organized operations.Qualifications Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting leaders or teamsStrong Communication skills, including professional email, messaging, and virtual meeting coordinationDiary Management capabilities, including calendar planning, scheduling, and time-zone awarenessClerical Skills such as document preparation, data entry, digital file organization, and record keepingProficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms)Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple prioritiesAbility to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating reliability, discretion, and sound judgmentPrior experience in administrative or personal assistant roles; experience in large or complex organizations is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional certifications in administration or business are beneficial
