About the Job:
Autonomy Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing small parts assembly and soldering tasks with a focus on precision and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Perform small parts assembly according to specific instructions and blueprints. Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble and test products. Solder components to boards, wiring, and other parts as required by the product assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and and resolve minor assembly issues, working closely with other team members to ensure timely product completion. Maintain an organized and safe work environment. Keep detailed records of materials used and products assembled. Assist in packaging and shipping assembled products when needed. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a high level of cleanliness and order within the assembly area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in assembly or soldering preferred. Basic knowledge of hand tools, soldering techniques, and assembly processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and high standards for product quality. Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with small, delicate parts. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions. High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
