About the role

JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc seeks a Health Information Specialist to support the accurate, secure management of health information across our integrated primary care, behavioral health, and community-based services. You will work under the Director of Revenue to manage release-of-information, index records, maintain workflows, complete chart corrections, and support audits, retention, and legal health record requests, ensuring timely, compliant access to records.
