The team values technical depth, ownership, and practical problem solving, not just theory.Relocation assistance providedTravel support for onsite interviewsVisible impact on real-world productsStrong stability and long-term career runwayWhat You Will Be DoingYou will take a lead role in designing and delivering electrical hardware solutions from the ground up:Own full-cycle hardware development (concept to prototype to production)Lead and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teamsDesign and document analog and digital circuits, schematics, and system architectureDrive product development timelines and technical decisionsDefine hardware and software interface requirementsOversee testing, validation, and performance optimizationTroubleshoot product issues and recommend engineering improvementsSupport manufacturing and help bring designs into productionProvide technical insight on customer applications when neededWhat We Are Looking ForWe are targeting engineers who can operate independently, think critically, and drive projects forward.Core qualifications:Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldAbout 8+ years of experience in electronic product design and developmentStrong background in analog and digital circuit designExperience with PCB design and full product lifecycleComfortable using lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers, etc.)Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining qualityBonus if you bring:Experience with complex systems or multi-disciplinary teamsHands-on prototyping and troubleshooting experienceExposure to tools like Altium or similar design platformsWork Environment and FlexibilityHybrid schedule (about 50 percent onsite)Located in Greenville, SC, a fast-growing and highly livable market with strong quality of lifeMinimal travel (about 5 percent)Why Candidates Say Yes to This RoleThis is not a narrow or siloed engineering position.
