Responsibilities: Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures. Basic knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment setup, and tooling design. Perform set up, operating, monitoring, shutdown, and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Shift: 3rd shift, 11pm to 730am, (Sun - Thurs, Tues - Sat)
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role. Strong mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of material handling/auxiliary equipment, dryers, conveyors, etc. Basic computer skills and experience with ERP systems.
