About the role

G&E Partners are currently working with a top 10 ENR ranked commercial GC seeking a Project Executive to join them during a period of rapid growth. This role is with a GC who boast an impressive backlog of large scale, ground-up projects in a wide range of markets. They pride themselves on their repeat business with clients from the fortune 500 list- allowing for career defining projects. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new opportunities for the company. This candidate will be detail-oriented, driven, and have exceptional communication skills. They should be able to think strategically and critically when planning projects and demonstrate a strong ability to execute initiatives from start to finish.
Responsibilities: Identify partnership opportunities with local and regional clients to expand market reach. Develop and foster new relationships to drive business growth and support company expansion. Manage and maintain existing client and partner relationships. Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring critical thinking and proactive decision-making to assure project success. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client objectives and project deliverables.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.15+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years at the executive project leadership level. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale projects. Experience managing client relationships. Long-term tenure with reputable General Contractors (5+ years at a single firm preferred).Must be based in, open to relocating, or travel to Minnesota and work on-site full time.
