Division Vice President A growing organization is seeking an experienced leader to support its next phase of growth. The business is focused on strengthening its team, improving performance, and creating long-term value. The Senior Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing performance, supporting key initiatives, and helping the organization scale effectively. This individual will work closely with leadership to drive execution, develop teams, and improve results.
Key responsibilities include: Leading day-to-day business performance. Supporting growth and improvement initiatives. Developing and mentoring team leaders. Improving processes and accountability. Partnering with leadership on key priorities. Tracking performance through core business metrics. Supporting expansion and organizational growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong track record of building teams, improving performance, and driving results. Strong communication, leadership, and business judgment are essential.
Compensation: High $200Ks base salary + 80% bonus + significant equity
