About the role

Production Laborer Seeking those interested in working with cultured marble products, involving a variety of tasks across different departments. Production Laborer Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday)Preparacin de moldes: Pulido manual de moldes, retirada y recolocacin de cintas, y preparacin de los mismos para la posterior produccin de mrmol. Acabado y detalles: Pintado y alisado del mrmol cultivado dentro de los moldes; realizacin de tareas manuales de pulido, lijado y desbastado en las piezas de mrmol terminadas. Montaje y logstica: Uso de diversas herramientas manuales para construir pals a medida destinados a la organizacin y el envo de productos. Apoyo a la produccin: Levantamiento de piezas terminadas o en proceso desde la lnea de produccin, o empuje de carros para desplazar los productos a travs del proceso de fabricacin. Operaciones especializadas: Puede incluir el trabajo en la sala de desbastado o como operador de pulverizacin (pistola de rociado); estas funciones requieren una autorizacin especfica para el uso de respirador y el cumplimiento de una poltica de ausencia de vello facial para garantizar el ajuste correcto del equipo.

Production Laborer Qualifications: Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno caluroso, hmedo, polvoriento y ruidoso. Capacidad para levantar o mover materiales de hasta 50 libras durante el turno de trabajo. Capacidad para empujar moldes a lo largo de rieles hacia diversas reas. Se valorar la experiencia previa en construccin o en un entorno de fabricacin similar. Es obligatorio el uso de respiradores en ciertas reas de trabajo; se requiere estar bien afeitado (sin vello facial) para garantizar un ajuste hermtico adecuado.
