About the role
As a full-time Licensed Inside Sales Representative working remotely, the candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while receiving paid training and licensing support.
Key responsibilities:
Consult with customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverages
Manage inbound sales calls and convert leads into policyholders without making cold calls
Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
Required qualifications:
2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
Ability to communicate clearly with both prospects and customers
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Property and Casualty Insurance License (training provided if not currently held)
