About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for HOA Boards and residents
- Manage Board communications, approvals, meeting coordination, and follow-ups
- Ensure state and local HOA compliance across the portfolio
- Assist with annual budgets, financial planning, and reserve-related items
- Review, track, and submit invoices to accounting for payment
- Monitor invoice status and follow up on outstanding or disputed charges
- Oversee vendor and commercial contracts (landscaping, snow, maintenance, etc.)Monitor and support HOA dues collections and delinquencies
- Review monthly site inspection reports and escalate issues as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and resolution
- Direct HOA / Condominium Association management experience required Strong understanding of HOA governance, board dynamics, budgets, and compliance
- Experience coordinating invoices, approvals, and accounting workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple associations in a remote environment
