About the Role: The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the C-Suite for a PE-backed data center operator. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving high-priority strategic initiatives and ensuring organizational execution. This executive will have a pivotal role in various aspects of the business, including data center development, go-to-market strategy, capital allocation, organizational design, and legal matters. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in supporting board and investor engagements and scaling the operating infrastructure to meet the demands of the business. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy, with a strong preference for those with a background in data centers, infrastructure, real estate, technology, or other complex capital-intensive industries. The role requires exceptional analytical, financial, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be a key partner to the C-Suite and Sponsor in driving the company's strategic vision and growth.
