About the role
Customer Service RepresentativeKryger Glass is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our installation centers. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest.This is a full-time hourly position located Downtown KC that includes benefits & vacation time.We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.Hours are M-F, 8 am to 5 pm. Salary is $17-$19/hour, depending on experience.We are a casual work environment. This is NOT a remote position.Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Talks with customers by phone to assist with auto glass installationDetermines charges for parts requestedSchedules glass techniciansAdjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications include the following:Customer Service Skills: manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needsDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessStrong organizational skills & sales skillsIs consistently at work and on time.
