About the role
- Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors
- Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment
- Participate in regular training and supervision sessions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Supervision and Support:
- Regular in-person supervision and direction sessions with Clinical Supervisor
- Access to Clinical Supervisor support outside of scheduled direction sessions
- Access to peer collaboration with other community-based providers
- Access to resources needed for providing in-home and community-based services
- To ensure the safety and effectiveness of in-home and community-based ABA services, we maintain a thoughtful screening process, including:
- Initial home environment assessment
- Safety checklist completion
- Family interview and orientation
- Regular reassessments to maintain optimal therapy conditions
