About the role

Support ClerkA successful Support Clerk is responsible for tasks including but not limited to: entering orders, processing updates, performing file preparation tasks such as Manual Data Checks or locating Prior Policies, resetting workflows, uploading documents, adding and deleting attachments, pulling DataVault notifications, performing delivery functions, importing and exporting from various software, creating invoices and other duties as assigned. Additionally, Support is responsible for processing large volumes of communications from our agents, so, if you can type fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines, we'd like to meet you. For this role, it's essential to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Essential Functions:Communications with AgentsProcess updatesEnter ordersEdit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuationGather and organize typing materialKeep information confidential in accordance with security policiesEducation, Formal Training, and Experience:Proven work experience as a Typist, Data Entry Clerk, or Data Entry operatorFast and accurate typing skills; using a touch typing system is a plusExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheetsFamiliarity with office equipmentStrong English language skillsAttention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling and punctuation errorsConfidentialityHigh school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plusPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
