Entry-Level - BDR / Business Development Representative ( IT) West Palm Beach, FL - (ON-SITE POSITION) - W2 Fulltime Role.

What you'll do: Drive 20+ in-person prospect visits per day across Palm Beach and surrounding countiesBuild relationships with HR managers, plant managers, and operations directors at manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLsGenerate leads, set appointments, and close new IT Consulting / staffing agreementsRepresent Naztec at local business events and industry meetups What we're looking forHunger to prospect, follow up relentlessly, and closeFamiliarity with the Palm Beach / South Florida business landscapeProficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedInStrong verbal and written communication — you're the face of the brandBackgrounds that stand out: rental car, solar sales, door-to-door sales, competitive athleticsFIU, FAU passed out graduates.
