You will prepare board materials, resolutions, consents, and maintain minutes and entity records. Responsibilities include filings, due diligence, and M&A support within a hybrid work environment. The role offers strong compensation, bonus eligibility, and a schedule mixing 1–2 days in the office with remaining days remote.
