I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add a Learning and Development Coordinator to their team!
Location: Remote - EST hours
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to extend/convert
Pay Rate: $24/hr About this role: Support employee onboarding and foundational learning programs across a large enterprise organization. Coordinate training assignments, scheduling, completion tracking, and reporting using Workday. Create and maintain training materials, presentations, communications, job aids, and learning content. Partner with employees, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience. Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage AI/automation while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in corporate learning, onboarding, HR operations, enablement, or program coordination. Hands-on Workday experience, particularly with reporting, learning administration, training assignments, or employee data. Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, proofreading, and quality-assurance skills. Experience creating or maintaining training materials, presentations, job aids, communications, and process documentation, with knowledge of adult learning principles. Data-minded and tech-savvy, with Microsoft 365 proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools, including AI and learning technologies; proactive and customer-focused. Interested? Apply now!
