About the role

Job Description: We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This position will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and correspondence, coordinating office activities, and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Manage the reception area and maintain a professional office environment. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Assist employees and visitors with general questions and requests. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately. Provide additional administrative and clerical support to the office as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and polished demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with employees, clients, and visitors.
