B2B Sales Representative Job Title: Territory Sales Representative Employment Type: Full Time Location: Goldsboro, North Carolina Pay: $24 per hour, plus commission Schedule: Days, Hours Job Summary: The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business, and increasing sales within an assigned territory. This position requires strong communication, customer service, organization, and sales skills, along with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals. Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop customer accounts within an assigned territory. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers. Conduct sales calls, customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Prepare quotes, proposals, sales orders, and other required documentation. Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and service needs. Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the territory. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and activity records in CRM systems. Required Qualifications:B2B Sales Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of experience in sales, outside sales, or account management preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience developing new business and managing an assigned territory. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
