About the Role: Reporting directly to the Senior Creative Director, the Content Producer will be responsible for developing, producing, publishing, and optimizing content across major social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands platform-specific content strategies, social trends, audience engagement, and how to transform concepts into content that delivers measurable results. A strong portfolio or demo reel is required for consideration.
What You'll Do: Social Media Content Creation
Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and emerging social channels. Develop short-form videos, graphics, captions, and supporting creative assets tailored to each platform. Plan and execute content calendars alongside marketing and social media teams. Capture and edit behind-the-scenes, educational, lifestyle, promotional, and brand-focused content. Content Strategy & Storytelling Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute content opportunities. Translate complex health, wellness, and educational topics into engaging social content. Support executive personal branding and thought leadership initiatives. Leverage emerging trends, platform updates, and audience insights to maximize reach and engagement. Ensure all content aligns with established brand messaging and creative standards. Video Production & Editing Produce, shoot, and edit short-form content including Reels, Shorts, Stories, social advertisements, and TikTok-style videos. Assist with YouTube content production and channel optimization. Create promotional clips and highlights for podcasts, events, and company initiatives. Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline editing, captioning, and content workflows. Support senior content production efforts as needed. Performance & Optimization Monitor content performance and engagement metrics. Recommend and implement content improvements based on data and audience behavior. Test new formats and strategies to expand audience growth and engagement. Collaborate with marketing leadership to support conversion and brand awareness initiatives.
Required Qualifications: 4-5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or multimedia production. Strong portfolio showcasing social campaigns, video production, and digital storytelling. Professional experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Experience using AI-assisted creative and production tools. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Advanced experience with Adobe editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Photography and videography experience. Familiarity with social media scheduling and management platforms. Experience supporting executive thought leadership and personal branding campaigns. Experience creating both long-form and short-form content across multiple channels.
