About the role
Collaborating with Creative and Art Directors, the full-time Integrated Designer will design and produce high-quality digital experiences, manage Figma libraries, and ensure consistency across digital channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Execute design and production for various digital tactics based on creative concepts and briefs
Own and maintain Figma files and libraries, ensuring proper structure and versioning
Develop and evolve design systems to support scalable and repeatable production
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of professional experience in digital or integrated design, preferably in an agency environment
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Understanding of responsive digital design principles and UX fundamentals
Experience preparing production-ready files and collaborating with developers during design handoff
