This individual will work closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to improve business processes, document requirements, and support enterprise IT initiatives.This position is ideal for a seasoned Federal Business Analyst with strong PMO experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document current and future-state business processes.Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.Develop business process flows, workflows, and documentation using Microsoft Visio and related tools.Support PMO activities including project reporting, governance, and documentation.Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), business requirements, and functional specifications.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.Support Agile project planning and sprint activities.Assist leadership with process improvement initiatives.Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations.??? #J-18808-Ljbffr
