Compensation: This position offers a base pay of $24-$25 per hour.

Responsibilities: AP/AR: Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. Financial Operations: Enter checks into the system and drop-off deposits at the bank, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Dispatching: Efficiently coordinate and dispatch tasks to the appropriate team members, optimizing operational efficiency. Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, support account management activities, and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enabling efficient data management and communication. Time Management and Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent time management skills and communicate effectively, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and information is conveyed accurately. Ability to Work Independently: Possess the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities and delivering results. Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, enabling you to fulfill any tasks that may arise.
