What You'll Do:
This role offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines with long-term growth opportunities.
In this role you will:
- Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts
- Assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment
- Support wind projects and heavy haul operations
- Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use
- Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers
- Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites

Required:
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime
Preferred:
Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipmentCDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
Rigger certification or TWIC card
Additional Expectations:
- Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field work
- Work Environment40-50+ hours per week with overtime potential
- Travel-heavy role supporting job sites as needed
