About the role
Our client, a multi-faceted real estate company, is looking for a professional and eager Receptionist to provide exceptional service as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. In this vital role, the ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless, top-tier experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and route all incoming calls Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm, professional and welcoming demeanor Open and close reception area daily and maintain its appearance throughout the day Maintain conference rooms, book meetings, and assist with set up of A/V equipment and video conferences Provide high-level administrative support and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in a corporate office environment or strong hospitality experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Outlook and Microsoft Suite Excellent customer service skills Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction Benefits: Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k)-retirement plan with a 50% employer match up to 4%, and employee assistance programs that support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
