Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker / Millwork Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. This position will be located in Grangeville, ID.
Responsibilities: Build and assemble custom cabinets and architectural millwork Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Sand, finish, and prepare products for installation Assist with installation of cabinets and millwork when needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications: Experience in cabinet making, woodworking, or millwork preferred Willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn Ability to read and understand shop drawings Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Compensation: Pay is determined based on experience and skill level. Willing to assist the right candidate with job relocation expenses.
