About the role
To drive revenue growth, the full-time Senior Channel Manager will recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners remotely, focusing on marketing and selling VoIP services while building strong relationships within a multi-tiered channel.
Key responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and inspire channel partners to effectively market and sell VoIP services
Collaborate with marketing to execute demand generation campaigns that stimulate partner sales activity
Accurately forecast sales revenues and provide feedback to drive improvements in products and services
Required qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect sales models and channel management
Strong technical knowledge of VoIP, POTS, SIP, and MS Teams
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with various types of channel partners
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software, preferably Salesforce
