Your Territory. Your Hustle. Your Paycheck.Tejas Equipment Rentals is hiring an Outside Sales Rep to take ownership of the New Braunfels and Northern San Antonio territory. This isn't a desk job - you'll be out in the field every day, shaking hands, walking job sites, and turning contractors into loyal customers. We're a family-owned, Texas-based equipment rental company with a Get 'Er Done attitude. If you can open doors, build trust, and close deals, we'll give you the territory and the tools to make it pay. The MoneyEarn up to 4% commission on rentals uncapped by your effort. The bigger you build your book of business, the bigger your check. Your income grows with every account you land and keep. What Your Week Looks LikeOn the road meeting prospects and current customers face-to-face across your territory Walking job sites and recommending the right equipment for the work - you're the solution, not just the salesperson Landing new accounts and deepening relationships with existing ones Negotiating and closing deals within company guidelines Partnering with dispatch, drivers, and operations so every delivery lands smooth Logging leads, accounts, and activity so nothing falls through the cracks Keeping a pulse on competitor pricing and what's moving in the market What It Takes2+ years of outside sales experience (equipment, construction, or industrial sales a plus) Self-starter who can run a territory without someone looking over your shoulder Strong negotiation, networking, and customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record Must be 24 years of age or older (insurance requirement) How We Work: The Tejas Core ValuesThese aren't posters on a wall - they're how we hire, how we operate, and how we win: Get 'Er Done Attitude You don't wait for leads to come to you.
