About the role

Need someone with 10-14 years' experience and Electric utilities domain Experience Manager Notes :Predictive Safety Risk Assessment for Electric Utility Field CrewsAn electric utility deploys field crews to perform power restoration activities, particularly during outages and severe weather events. These crews operate in dynamic and potentially hazardous environments, where factors such as adverse weather, terrain, equipment, fatigue, working conditions, and the nature of restoration activities can contribute to workplace accidents. The challenge is to develop an AI/ML-based predictive model that estimates the probability of a field crew experiencing a safety incident during a specific restoration assignment. The proposed solution should analyze historical incident data alongside operational, environmental, geographical, and crew-related information to identify patterns associated with elevated accident risk. Before deploying a crew, the system should generate a risk assessment based on the conditions associated with the assignment. The ultimate objective is to move from reactive incident management to proactive accident prevention, enabling utility operators to identify high-risk assignments and implement appropriate preventive measures before deploying their crews. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
