💰 Pay Rate: $62 / hr⏰ Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ShiftsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer 3 to join a high-impact team optimizing manufacturing, workflow, and asset utilization for large-scale operations. If you thrive in process improvement, data analysis, and Lean methodology, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities: Optimize production system design, workflow, facility layouts, and supply chain logistics. Build mathematical/simulation models and datasets to deliver actionable metrics to leadership. Drive Lean+ initiatives, 5S events, and continuous improvement projects to boost first-time quality. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk using standard project management tools (WBS, resource allocation).
Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Math, Physics, or related STEM field.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or engineering environment.
Skills: Strong background in process development, Lean manufacturing, and structured problem-solving.
