About the role

We have 3 people at night stationed to handle different areas of the hospital, one doing trauma, one critical care unit and other in the ER. We want to be able to have everyone cross trained to be able to cover any of these areas. At night they work independently but there is always a physician as backup to call if they need help we will also train them in PICC Line placements. If you already have experience in critical care, trauma or Er and with lines then starting compensation would be $135k, someone with just critical care experience but no lines or new grad would start at $125K. Benefits are also provided. Miami is rich in culture and entertainment. Ray Thomas Director of Recruitment Toll Free ext. 204 Fax line 1-

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
