Role Description:
The Marketer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Orange, CT. This role focuses on promoting Senior Helpers’ services within the local community, including developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing local advertising initiatives, and supporting brand awareness efforts. The Marketer will build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations, and represent Senior Helpers at events, fairs, and networking activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating marketing materials, maintaining social media and online presence for the local office, tracking campaign performance, and reporting on outcomes to leadership. The role collaborates closely with office management and care teams to ensure that marketing activities align with service offerings and client needs.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess skills in digital and traditional marketing, including campaign planning, social media management, and basic branding. Candidates should possess skills in community outreach and relationship-building with local partners, referral sources, and prospective clients. Candidates should possess skills in content creation, such as writing clear marketing copy, producing promotional materials, and supporting online content. Candidates should possess skills in data tracking and basic analytics to monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed. Relevant qualifications include strong communication and presentation skills, comfort speaking with diverse community stakeholders, and customer-service orientation. Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in healthcare, senior services, or local community marketing, familiarity with CRM tools, and a valid driver’s license for local travel. Preferred education includes an associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
