Finish Department Safely and efficiently prepare and spray the pan mold, apply the gel coating, roll the pan, grind, and finish pans before heading to the Finish Department. Ensure department compliance with company safety rules and regulations and partner with Plant Supervisor and HR as appropriate. Prioritize department work to meet production demands. Keep work area neat, clean, and free from debris to ensure a safe work environment. Perform quality checks on product.
