- Prospect into Fortune 1000 and other large U.S. corporations
- Conduct direct outbound outreach, with phone conversations serving as a primary engagement channel
- Engage CFOs, Controllers, Heads of Tax, Tax Directors, Treasury leaders, and other senior finance stakeholders
- Use your tax or financial-services knowledge to establish credibility and initiate relevant business conversations
- Navigate gatekeepers, complex organizations, and multi-stakeholder buying environments
- Identify potential tax-credit needs and secure qualified introductory meetings for RCM’s senior advisory team
- Deliver concise, professional, executive-level messaging
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and follow-up records
- Partner with leadership to refine messaging, qualification criteria, and outreach strategies
- Apply coaching and market feedback to continuously improve results
- Consistently creating qualified introductory meetings with senior finance and tax decision-makers
- Communicating confidently and credibly about tax-related products and services
- Building trust with sophisticated corporate buyers
- Demonstrating consistent outbound activity and follow-through
- Remaining persistent and professional when navigating difficult-to-reach executives
- Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and reliable follow-upResponding well to coaching and adapting messaging based on results
- Experience selling or supporting solutions related to: transferable or renewable energy tax credits, federal or state tax incentives, R&D tax credits, cost segregation, energy incentives, CPA or tax advisory services, corporate tax planning or compliance
- Experience working with or selling into Fortune 1000, or similarly complex enterprise organizations
- Experience engaging CFOs, Controllers, Tax Directors, Heads of Tax, Treasury leaders, or similar senior finance buyers
- Ability to understand and communicate complex tax or financial concepts
- Comfort conducting proactive outbound outreach, including phone-based prospecting and attending in-person networking events
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to be concise, credible, and composed
- Professionalism and persistence when engaging difficult-to-reach decision-makers
- Ability to work independently with structure and accountability in a fully remote environment
- Experience creating new business opportunities through cold outreach
- Familiarity with enterprise sales tools and structured pipeline management
- Experience setting qualified meetings for senior advisors, subject-matter experts, or executive sales leaders
