What the Role Looks Like Identify and reach out to management-level candidates Run outreach across phone, Linked In, and email Conduct structured phone prescreens Assess fit and guide strong candidates forward Keep your pipeline active and candidates moving toward interviews Success here comes from urgency, structure, and consistency.
