Client: Formel D | Project based out of Michigan
The numbers:3 to 5 drivers needed 100% travel Duration 4 to 8 weeks, with potential to extend
Pay rate: 19 USD/hr to the driver60 hours per week50 USD per diem
Immediate start Source nationally. Candidates do not need to be in Michigan. Initiate with Michigan but expand quickly. Formel D flies them out to the location and books flights and hotel, so recruit from anywhere in the US. Do not restrict the search geographically. What the role actually involves: Formel D fly them out to the assigned location Formel D's experienced drivers train them on site before they run a shift independently They are assigned a vehicle and drive specific routes, the objective being road marking capture After each shift they return to their hotel, then drive again the next day Once all routes in a city are complete, they move on to the next city Flights and hotel are booked and paid by Formel D. The per diem is paid out by us and added to our invoice to them Screening essentials: Valid US driving licence with a clean driving record Legal right to work in the USGenuinely comfortable with 100% travel and being away from home for four to eight weeks Able to handle long driving shifts at 60 hours per week Available to deploy at short notice Assume a background check and possible drug screen given it is an automotive client, so screen out anyone who would not clear one Sell the earnings clearly to reduce drop-offs: At 60 hours a week the base is around 1,140 USD gross per week, plus 50 USD per day per diem, with flights and hotel fully covered.
