As a Recruiter II at our staffing agency, this role is vital in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of client needs. This mid-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about connecting people with opportunities and eager to grow their career in recruiting. Under the guidance of senior recruiters and talent managers, this role is responsible for managing job requisitions, sourcing, building candidate pipelines, candidate profiling, and delivering a high-quality experience to both clients and candidates.
