About the role

Kleiss High Precision, a member of The Heico Companies, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Management Systems (QMS) professional to join our team in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support quality objectives and regulatory compliance through the development, maintenance, and auditing of our Quality Management System. You will help ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable industry standards while supporting continuous improvement, maintaining accurate quality documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in quality management systems, internal auditing, and document control.

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
