Our client is seeking a field-based Account Manager to drive revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering technical, solution-focused support. This role identifies new business opportunities, supports key product lines, and ensures exceptional customer satisfaction across multiple business units. ResponsibilitiesGrow revenue through strategic account management and new business development Provide technical expertise on instrumentation, filtration, and process equipment Develop proposals and deliver consultative, solution-based sales support Maintain CRM accuracy and manage a multi-site customer base Requires travel in Colorado and into Wyoming QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering/technical field or equivalent experience 5+ years B2B industrial sales (oil & gas, chemical, refining, power, wastewater) 5+ years selling Temperature, Pressure, Analytical, Level, Flow instrumentation or process equipment 3+ years managing strategic, multi-site accounts SkillsStrong consultative selling and technical proposal development Proven success landing new accounts and expanding market share Executive-level relationship building Excellent communication, organization, and time-management Self-starter with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset Compensation: base Salary plus monthly commissions Note: To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline.
