About the role

Allegion's Stanley Access Technologies in Farmington, CT or Greenfield, IN seeks a Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in design, development, and continuous improvement of door systems and NPD/VAVE initiatives. You will oversee phase gate readiness, engineering changes, and data integrity across Windchill and ERP while driving a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and innovation. Travel up to 25% between Farmington and Mt Comfort locations is expected.
