About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director, Private Infrastructure to provide strategic and operational leadership for private infrastructure initiatives and investment-related activities. The role will involve evaluating infrastructure opportunities, coordinating due diligence, monitoring portfolios, analyzing financial and operational information, and working with internal and external stakeholders. The Director will collaborate with investment professionals, financial analysts, legal advisors, engineering specialists, consultants, and operating partners to evaluate infrastructure projects and manage ongoing portfolio activities. Responsibilities may include developing investment analysis, reviewing project performance, monitoring risks, preparing executive reports, coordinating transactions, and supporting long-term infrastructure strategies. Strong analytical, financial, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities are required.
