Job Description:
  • Be our greeter and "director of first impressions" at our retirement community! Our RECEPTIONISTS bring hospitality and warmth to our residents, guests and incoming callers at Hickory Valley Retirement, a senior living provider in Chattanooga.
  • Temporary Role until 12/31/26 Fill-in for employee on leave
  • Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm - FT or PT hours
  • Ideal Candidate for RECEPTIONIST:Enjoys working with seniors
  • Prior experience in a professional work environment
  • Pleasant, cheerful personality with a high level of customer service
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Professional, team oriented, positive outlook
  • Phone system experience
  • Job satisfaction in primarily answering phones and greeting guests
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook a plus
  • Quick responses with good judgment in emergency situations
