This position combines graphic design, website and online store management, marketing support, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and prepare customer artwork for production using CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Create product mockups, virtuals, flyers, and promotional materials. Review artwork files and ensure they meet production and printing requirements. Maintain and update company websites and online stores. Upload product images, artwork, and store information. Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional communications. Manage and maintain digital content and customer databases. Provide customer and vendor support related to artwork, web stores, and design revisions. Troubleshoot basic computer, software, internet, and office technology issues. Learn and utilize company software and systems, including Shop Works. Assist with general office and administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat, or similar graphic design software. Experience working with artwork, graphics, or marketing materials. Comfortable maintaining websites, online stores, or digital content. Strong computer and technology skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience:
Vector artwork creation and editing. Website or e-commerce management. Email marketing or digital marketing. Experience learning and using business management software.
