About the role
Experienced California Licensed Financial Advisors will find a full-time salaried opportunity focused on building a book of business through enterprise-generated opportunities, virtual consultations, and community engagement while providing personalized investment guidance to members in Southern California.
Key responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls and referrals from the Member Service Contact Center (MSCC) to assess member needs and facilitate appropriate advisor appointments
Conduct investment consultations via phone, Zoom, and in-person, identifying financial goals and developing tailored investment strategies
Build relationships and awareness of investment services through proactive outreach, community engagement, and support of local market development effortsRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in personal investments, financial planning, or related fields
3+ years of experience in sales and delivery of personal investment products and services
Experience conducting phone-based and virtual financial consultations
Proven ability to build new client relationships and manage prospect pipelines
Preferred experience in a bank, credit union, broker-dealer, or wealth-management firm
