This is a full-time onsite role based in the location(s) posted and is performed from the designated work location five days per week (Suitland, MD). No relocation is offered. AT&T has an opening for a Principal System Administrator to support operations by maintaining, documenting, and administering enterprise IT systems.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain and develop system documentation to include product guides/manuals, SOPs, work logs and the Helpdesk ticket system. Provide system administration support Provide maintenance and support of existing software (problem report/trouble tick resolution) and hardware. Provide helpdesk support for collecting, controlling and disseminating, documenting and resolving all IT related questions and problems.
Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 13 years of relevant experience. Demonstrate understanding of Red Hat Linux, Trusted Linux, Windows 10, VMware.
